What is MLS DENIA?

Denia MLS Real Estate is a non-profit association, established on January 30, 2014, before the Notary of Denia, Mr. José María González Arroyo, and subsequently registered in the Registry for the Management of Non-Profit Entities with Social Purposes, with CIF: G-54768957. Currently, our association is made up of 20 agencies, with multilingual real estate professionals specialized in both the national and international markets. Our associated professionals have created a portfolio of properties listed exclusively and managed professionally to better meet the needs of the market. The acronym M.L.S., which partly gives us our name, originates from the United States of America, where the 'Multiple Listing Service' was invented—a system based on collaboration among real estate agencies by sharing available properties in a 'real estate pool' among all associated agencies. In a transaction, two intermediaries can participate: the seller's agent, who exclusively lists the property, and the buyer's agent, who works exclusively for the buyer, although some adaptations have been made in Spain.

The real estate market is constantly evolving. The Internet has changed our consumption habits, and the real estate sector is also evolving. MLS Denia has boarded this train of the future to stay on it permanently.
